Identity
Private work starts with an authenticated user and an active session.
Security at TrakarIA
A vehicle record can hold photos, documents and decisions. TrakarIA is built around clear boundaries for who can work with that information and what can leave the private workspace.
01 · Access in context
Signing in does not give everyone the same access. Roles, organisation context and vehicle scope help determine what a person can see or change in supported workflows.
Private work starts with an authenticated user and an active session.
Team and vehicle context narrow the information available to that user.
Viewing, changing, exporting and publishing are distinct permissions.
02 · A deliberate boundary
Supported publication creates a separate presentation. The team chooses what is included, controls access to shared files where available and can deactivate the public resource when it should no longer be accessible.
Only selected vehicle information belongs in the public presentation.
Mentioning a document and opening its file are separate choices in supported flows.
Authorised users can deactivate a published resource.
03 · Beyond the share button
The controls around a private file, an AI-prepared suggestion and an operational incident have different jobs. Each should be understandable on its own terms.
File access is permission-checked. Supported downloads use time-limited links instead of permanent public URLs.
In supported workflows, prepared suggestions stay distinguishable from source evidence and human-confirmed information.
Monitoring and scheduled backup processes support incident detection and recovery preparation. Specific recovery commitments require separate verification.
